Instructions
Making the Syrup: Combine all the items into a pan, heat until it reaches a light boil, agitating to dissolve. Next, turn off the stove and leave to cool completely. Transfer into an sterilised bottle, seal and refrigerate it chilled, where it will keep for about a month.
To make Premix: Mix all the spirits and syrup in a sizeable container, let it rest for an hour, then pass it through best through a fine cloth, so it's fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml from the premix into your stirring glass filled with ice, gently stirring carefully for one minute to cool it down. Strain to a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, decorate with a few cranberries adding the final touch with a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
